I am polling this group to ask if there are any suggestions for us.
We have a patient taking Enzalutamide who has an ileostomy in place.
He is responding well to Enza (PSA dropping) but patient is noticing that there are intact capsules of Enza in his ostomy effluent.
Its hard to tell if the capsule contents are empty or not. (understandably, he is reluctant to handle them)
Has anyone else had any experiences with Enzalutamide in someone with an ileostomy?
